    Bryan is a member of the Professional Liability Department where the focus of his practice is representing and defending clients in a variety of employment matters involving claims of alleged discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, and retaliation, as well as wage and hour claims alleging violations of federal and state law, including Title VII, the ADA, the ADEA, the FMLA, New York Labor Law, NYSHRL, NYCHRL, and the New York Wage Theft Prevention Act. Bryan also has experience in construction injury litigation. In 2009, Bryan graduated from Montclair State University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology and a minor in Business Administration. In spring 2014, he earned his juris doctor from Rutgers School of Law-Newark. After graduating from Montclair State University, Bryan interned at the Essex County Prosecutor’s Office in Newark, New Jersey, in the summer of 2009, where he aided Assistant Prosecutors with investigative research and other case-related matters in the Adult Trial Section. Following his internship, Bryan joined Marshall Dennehey where he has now served as a file clerk, paralegal, and graduate attorney. Through his several years of experience with the firm, Bryan has been involved in all stages of discovery and trial preparation, where he regularly interacts with clients and outside counsel, conducts significant legal research, and prepares substantive motion briefs. Throughout his time in law school, Bryan continued to gain experience maintaining his full-time status at Marshall Dennehey. Additionally, Bryan was president of the Rutgers-Newark Criminal Law Society for the 2011-2012 and 2012-2013 academic years. He was also a member of the Evening Student Organization, as well as the Hispanic Bar Association of New Jersey of which he remains a member today. In spring 2014, Bryan served as a Clinical Law Student in the Intellectual Property Law Clinic, providing advice and assistance for non-profit entities, artists, inventors, and start-up for-profit businesses in the areas of copyright, trademark, trade secret and patent assistance. While at Montclair State University, Bryan served as a Teacher's Assistant in Forensic Psychology, and made Dean's List from 2006 to 2008. In summer 2007, he studied abroad in Sicily, Italy, at the Babilonia Italian Language School.
