Micah Sucherman is an associate in the Denver office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. Mr. Sucherman practices in the firm's litigation department, where he focuses on complex commercial litigation, corporate internal and government investigations, and corporate compliance program evaluations. Mr. Sucherman regularly advises multi-national corporations on compliance with the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, the U.K. Bribery Act, and other anti-corruption laws. He frequently conducts compliance program evaluations, risk assessments, corporate internal investigations, and due diligence projects, and has represented corporations in white collar criminal investigations conducted by the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Mr. Sucherman also maintains an active practice in complex commercial litigation and frequently represents audit firms in commercial litigation and SEC investigations. Mr. Sucherman graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law in 2011, where he served as the Senior Publishing Editor of the California Law Review. He earned his Bachelor of Arts, summa cum laude, from the University of Colorado at Boulder, graduating in 2006.
